Based on discussions with the Android Leadership team, let's enable PullTo Refresh on Beta channels ONLY starting v111.

Severity: -- → N/A

Pull-to-refresh is currently enabled in Nightly only. We want to also enable it in Beta for v111+, but we don't want it to ride to Release yet! If we don't see any problems in Beta v111, we can consider letting it ride to Release in v112.

Verified as fixed on the latest Beta 111.0b4 build.
We've executed a Pull to refresh related regression test run with each of the following devices:

  • Sony Xperia (Android 6.0.1).
  • LG G7 fit (Android 8.1.0).
  • OnePlus 5 (A5000) (Android 10).
  • Lenovo Tab P11 Plus (Android 11).
  • Google Pixel 7 (Android 13).

Two known issues related found during testing: 1815732 and 1802083

Marking the ticket as verified for 111.
