User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0
Steps to reproduce:
Filter the emails with the quick filter box above the email list. After that click one of the emails and then press CTRL+A.
Actual results:
UI text has been selected like coulmn header names instead of the emails logically getting selected.
Expected results:
All the emails of the email list that are shown/match the filter should be selected.

I attached a video of this. In the video I first try to select all the emails which are visible using CTRL+A but it doesn't work. The interface gets selected instead. Clicking on the interface "inverts" the selection. The emails are still not selected. In the end of the video you can see me manually selecting the email with the mouse and the SHFIFT key and then deleting them.

wfm on 112.0a1 (2023-02-17) (64-bit), Win10.
Thanks Adam for offering the video! Which exact version of TB?
Because this has recently been reported as worksforme (fixed by unknown patch) for 112.0a1 (2023-02-16), see bug 1813959 comment 7.

Oh, okay then this is probably not relevant anymore. My version is the version from the snap store installed on ubuntu using snap with the --beta flag.
The version reported by the About Thunderbird page under help is 111.0b1
