Improved Onboarding

Onboarding includes the set of all UX features encountered by users in the first few usages of the app. Some of these onboarding components include CFRs (contextual feature recommendations), engagement notifications (set to default + private browsing suggestion), as well as the initial 'onboarding' flow itself. Collectively, these things help teach users about ways to engage with the app.

In 2023, we want to further optimize onboarding for new users by experimenting with new designs and new types of messages.
