1818592 - Hide [Google Mail] in addition to [Gmail] folder

As discovered in bug 1816822 sometimes the gmail hidden folder is named [Google Mail] and we need to recognize that here: https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/0f29df3556018ea0dbbb4d6c862f06a26d8f9209/mail/base/content/about3Pane.js#989-991

Or potentially find a different/better method of recognizing this folder.

We should investigate whether setting the server directory of gmail/googlemail should be done instead of hacking the UI.

The old code used the noSelect property of a folder to identify it. Do the same.
