When we rebuilt the folder pane, we chose to hide the [Gmail] (or [Google Mail]) folder from there, because it's confusing and useless. We recently stopped it appearing in the status bar. In this bug I'm going to remove it from folders' prettyPath strings, so that it doesn't appear in tooltips and other places we show the full path. I'm also going to skip it in the folder picker menus.
In short, I'm aiming to not ever see the string [Gmail] in the user interface, except in the subscription dialog, where we display exactly what the server says.

I'm going to let this close when it lands as I can't think of any more places where this can be seen. 100% chance of finding another one by the end of tomorrow.
