User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/112.0
Steps to reproduce:
- If logged in, log out. Clear tiktok's cookies regardless.
- Open any video page.
Actual results:
Upon opening a video, you have to verify you're not a bot. You need to keep verifying that every few minutes.
Expected results:
This is a regression caused by Bug 1805408, or rather by Bug 1812583 that removed a previous intervention.

:twisniewski, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1805408, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?
For more information, please visit auto_nag documentation.
No, the verification proceeds well, the issue is that it needs a verification upon visiting the site and every about five minutes afterwards. Other browsers, and Firefox before that commit, are not affected.
The issue is on Release now, btw.

Hmm. I'm not sure why, but the captchas seem to rely on the plugins and other values we were spoofing? That's quite silly and annoying. We'll file a bug to try to get the site intervention back in for the next Firefox release.

A Web Compatibility intervention for this is now shipping in Firefox Nightly 114 as per bug 1805410. We will be uplifting this intervention into the 113 Beta as well, so that it'll be included in that release train.
I'll leave this open in case we want to do more investigation here.
