As reported in bug1818865, it appears that Tiktok forces users to complete a captcha when watching videos after we unshipped the intervention in bug1812583. The captachas are displayed on a first visit and then every 5 minutes afterwards.

We can investigate and ship the intervention back to avoid this behaviour (perhaps tiktok was relying on plugins array in some way?).
