1820052 - Changing account name in account settings does not propagate to account's parent folder until restart of TB (also Tab title and Account central title not instantly updated)

From my smoketesting of 111.0b2 (64-bit), Win10.

Regression. This was working in TB 102, except for bug 1734671.
Confusing and inconvenient having to restart TB just for changing account name.

STR

• Right-click on an account's parent folder in folder pane > Settings
• From account settings, change the account name
• Focus 3-pane tab and verify if account name has been updated
  • on account's parent folder in folder pane
  • in tab title of selected parent folder
  • in title of account central content pane

Actual

• account name does not get immediately updated
  • on account's parent folder in folder pane (only after restart - clumsy and weird!)
  • in tab title of selected parent folder (only after selecting another folder and back)
  • in title of account central content pane (only after selecting another folder and back)

Expected

• Update account name everywhere, instantly after focus-out on the Account name field in the account settings
• Do not require a restart to update account's parent folder name in folder pane
