1822807 - density for message list and folders view - different settings

Attachment: New UI. Compact. Folders - OK. Message list - too compact.

May be it is a bug in new UI.

1. In classic TB the density button changes only the folders tree density and not affects the message list view.

2. In new Tb the density makes difference for both: message list and folders view.

a) So, now in "default" density the message list is OK, but the folders view is way to "space"-y.

b) But the compact view makes the tree view OK, but the message list way to compact.

Micah, can you take care of this?

This is what we should do:

• [Compact mode] Make the height of the folders row in as tall as the compact mode in 102
• [Default mode] Make the the folders row and message rows the same height. Right now folder row is 28px, message row is 22px. Let's meet in the middle with 24 or 26, depending on what looks more balanced.

Ignore the vertical view for now as we'll tackle that in bug 1823486.

Looks like Compact is now too spread out, in 0328, for the message list. See my new bug 1825150.
