When sending or saving a message, the send progress dialogue (sendProgress.xhtml) is collapsed to the title bar in Daily 113.0a1 (2023-03-17). I'm seeing this on Windows.

A simple fix would be to add a min-height here:

That would also allow to revert the Fluent hack from bug 1777788.

Thanks PS for filing this and suggesting a fix. Have seen this for a while on Windows. Likely a fallout from the flex stuff.
Confirming for Daily 113.0a1 (2023-03-26) (64-bit), Win10.

While this doesn't look deficient (looks like a tooltip), it's actually a deficiency as there's a cancel sending button on there which is now hidden. Moreover, it is probably functional and might be accidentally pressed via Esc or Enter, then the user may have no idea what is going on.

Can you explain priority and severity here please:
P3 = Backlog
S3 = (Normal) Blocks non-critical functionality and a work around exists

If in an email client one of the two major functions (sending mail, receiving/displaying mail) doesn't work correctly as a puzzling regression to many users giving no user feedback and no way to cancel (which is already broken, bug 1816540), how can this be a P3/S3?
