Steps to reproduce:

112.0b4 (64-bit)
The Message Pane Headings cannot be rearranged and do not resize correctly

Actual results:

We cannot rearrange and resize the Message List Column Headings
The 'Subject' column seems fixed to 1st position and indented too much
Resizing seems to have only Certain fixed values and does not work as before

I now have Tabs with different Column Heading sequences due to my original Tabs vs New Tabs

Expected results:

We were able to rearrange and resize the Message List Headings
