Recently, Google created a demo for WebGPU's capabilities. Unfortunately, they had to use a shim (commit link) to actually bring our WebGPU implementation to spec., because we're not there yet.

This bug tracks the myriad things that WebGPU needs to do just to the entire aforementioned shim unnecessary.
