Details
In order to prevent multiple "set Fx as default" messages from appearing sequentially, we should alter _maybeShowDefaultBrowserPrompt to conditionally skip the display of the set default browser prompt when we have an experiment showing a default browser type of message.

Are we going to make a new feature ID for set to default messages? Or should we be trying to check if we have loaded from an experiment a message in the forthcoming set-to-default group? Something to discuss in triage maybe
