Details

firefox-android has some linters not currently on m-c. Those checks should run -- possibly only on mobile/android -- via 'mach lint'.

Note per Geoff: we have added all the android linters, and they'll run in CI, so it's possible they're supported by mach lint at this point but needs validation.
