Steps to reproduce:

TB 113.0b1, with all and grouped folders
start TB
open calendar by the icon in the left toolbar
return to mail view by closing calendar or by the icon on left toolbar

Actual results:

after return to the mail view, the folder pane cannot be scrolled any more. TB has to be closed and restarted to be able to scroll down again.

Expected results:

folder pane should behave correctly
