1827700 - the quick filter text buttons change their width when they are pressed

STR:

1. enable the quick filter bar
2. enter something into the filter bar
3. press one of the text buttons below the filter bar
4. repeat step 3 a few times

Actual:

The width of the button changes as long as the button is pressed, things move.

Expected:

A stable design, no movement of things.

Tested with Thunderbird Daily 114.0a1 (2023-04-12) on macOS 13.3.1.
