STR:
From Mail > Message List pane, move messages to subfolders, then open the Mail > Context Menu > Move to > Recent folder list.
Actual:
Folder list is classified by alphabetic order.
Expected:
Folder list should be listed by historical order of usage, most recently used at the top.

Sounds good to me - most MRU lists that I know work like that.
102 also sorts alphabetical, so it's not a regression.
Note that this is not a "most recently used" list, but a "most recently moved to manually" list:

Looks like bug 242562 asks for MRU instead.
