1830520 - mach try fuzzy <wpt-test-paths> is busted

I am no longer able to create try pushes for our wpt testing. They all fail in Gecko Decision Task like so:

It appears that this 'other_dirs' stuff was added in bug 1829047, which was recent, so I'm guessing that's the regressor.

I'll proceed with my existing bugs with pathless try pushes for wpt in the meantime.
