STR -1:

  • create a new profile;
  • add existing account manually. In my case is an account of microsoft365 that show a 'Sent' and a 'Sent Items' boxes;
  • if I go to 'Account Setting' I see that TB has enabled flag 'Place a copy in' Sent box;
  • icon of both folders are the same

STR -2:

  • create a new profile;
  • add existing account via Account Sync. In my case is an account of microsoft365 that show a 'Sent' and a 'Sent Items' boxes;
  • if I go to 'Account Setting' I see that TB has enabled flag 'Place a copy in' Sent Items box;
  • only icon of Sent Items is a standard 'sent' icon (see attached screenshot)
  • Sent box isn't recognized and has a normal folder icon

To adjusts things as in STR-1 I need to:

  • change in Account Setting' 'Place a copy in' to Sent box;
  • restart TB
  • at this point the icon of Sent box is correct but the folder is placed in the wrong order (under 'Trash' icon);
  • restart TB
  • now all is as in STR-1
