STR:

  1. open the unified toolbar customize panel
  2. press the ESC key or Ctrl + W (Cmd + W on Mac)

Actual:

Nothing happens.

Expected:

The unified toolbar customize panel should close. It took me a while to see the 'cancel' button the first time I used it, and intuitively I tried to close it with the ESC key and the command Cmd + W (as closing a tab in the browser - as the panel uses the full window size it feels like kind of a "tab", that's why I tried this shortcut).

Thunderbird Daily 115.0a1 (2023-05-12) on macOS 13.3.1.

Oh, I just found bug 1825258. Feel free to either mark this ticket as a duplicate or to keep it to consider Ctrl + W / Cmd + W.
