Bug 183317 was about the ability to auto-hide the Toolbar in fullscreen.

This bug is related in that it is about having a pref so the Sidebar 
automatically auto-hide when it goes fullscreen and you can make it open by 
hovering the mouse over the left side of the screen.

This is not a dupe of bug 126746 since I am interested more in having the icon
able to slide over when you hover over the left side of the screen and that is
only one of the issues covered in bug 126746 and there should only be one issue
per bug. I explained this further in bug 126746.

What I'm really asking for in this bug is for the hover-triggered revealing of
the sidebar in a separate window that conceals the fullscreen browser below it
and doesn't interfere with the sizing of the web page. When you move your mouse
out of the sidebar, it will be concealed again.

Actually, it could be applied even when not in full screen, since it depends on
the sidebar being separated from the window.

Moved from Core to Suite in 2004 (why?), otherwise no activity since 2002.
Depends on bug 61846 which is about as dead as this one, and is targeted "Future".

Is anyone still interested in getting this enhancement? (Please speak up if you are).
Is anyone willing to fix this bug? (Accept it if you are).
