- After a TB version increase, try to open your profile with the previous TB version
Actuals:
The windows is approx twice wide as it should be, with a large empty part.
Expected:
The window should be reasonably large and adapt to it's content.

Convert it to top level html, fix the sizing issues and corrected the broken stylesheet url.
For testing, find your profile, edit compatibility.ini to say e.g LastVersion=116.0a1_20230523102100/20230523102100 and the the dialog will show at startup.
