Preconditions:

• en-CA build
• set in about:config the following:
  * browser.search.region = CA
  * extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.v2.enabled = true
  * extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported = on

Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the address form on https://www.newegg.ca/
2. Fill in manually new Address info and submit the form.

Expected result

• Save Address doorhanger should be displayed upon form submit.

Actual result

• Save Address doorhanger is not displayed upon form submit.

Regression range

• N/A

Additional notes

• Reproducible on Chrome as well.
• The autofill is not working at all on any field.

This issue is still reproducible, the doorharger is not displayed, although the mandatory fields as pe bug 1873215 are present (see the initial attached screencast) . Note, that the doorhanger is displayed if extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields pref value is empty.

Could you help take a screenshot of the doorhanger when we set extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields to empty? That would help us understand what fields are missing? thanks!

Seams that the Street Address is not captured.

Also, worth mentioning that the doorhanger is not capture (when having the default pref value), regardless if I fill all the fields manually or I used the Address field's suggestion.
