The buttons suddenly disappear.

This is tricky, because we are not always getting a dragend event on the element. I can only guess and assume that's related to a race of us making the item invisible. I have a patch that potentially makes the issue less noticeable by only applying the class if dragend wasn't fired in the meantime, however.
