Steps to reproduce:
- Open customize toolbar
- Quickly Drag & Drop icon to below area
Actual results:
- Some Icon drop to bottom area & disappear from customize toolbar.
Image attached showing blank area in yellow color
Expected results:
Icon should not disappear
