CX team here: Submitting this bug based off reviews we have seen coming in on the Android app store.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a webpage
2. Scroll up and down to read content
3. Pull-Down to refresh will reload the website

Expected behavior

Users should be able to scroll in any part of the website without refreshing if they’re not pulling from the very top.

Actual behavior

Pull-Down to refresh feature will reload the website in the middle or end on the websites, instead of doing it just at the very top.

Possibly related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1807072, but the information we are getting from users does not seem to match up to this bug exactly.

Issue was first noticed post the V112 release. Started aggregating users with issues on may 17th. We have received about 28 reports since we started tracking this issue.

CX team started tracking this on May 17th and have 30 reports with the last report seen on June 7
