For a selected message which has been marked as spam, the spam button not active in header pane of message pane which would allow it to be marked as "not spam"

I remember this always being the case, and I confirm it happens in 102.
Indeed this is a slightly incorrect behavior, but not really a bug since it's done on purpose (that's why the "Not Junk" is in the notification), and it's something that has been around for a while and we didn't get any report.
We will improve this next year once we have time to rebuild the message pane, but for now I wouldn't mark it as bug nor set any severity or priority.
