The screenshot of the current page was added the the Star panel years ago in preparation for saving a screenshot along with the bookmark, but that part never materialized, so the screenshot is just redundant and confusing. Let's remove it.

Verified as fixed on Nightly 116.0a1(build ID: 20230620212415) on Windows 10, macOS 12, Ubuntu 22.
The screenshot from the Star ("Bookmark this page") panel is not present anymore.
