Steps to reproduce:

When receiving a calendar invitation via email, some other popular mail readers show the calendar day (on a sidebar) so that one can decide quickly if the invitation can be accepted or has to be declined due to some scheduling conflict. It would be great if Thunderbird had a similar feature.
