Just upgraded to Thunderbird 115 and my RSS feeds are now just showing the summary rather than the web page.

Show the article summary instead of loading the web page is not selected in Account Settings or the Subscribe page. I expect to see the web page in the message pane when this option is not selected.

I also confirm this behaviour in Thunderbird 115
(and I have a lot of RSS feeds - ALL are set to NOT 'Show the article summary instead of loading the web page' - but ALL are only showing the summary, not the full web age)
As a note in my case I'm Linux, not Windows - so this is a multi platform issue

The same is happening for me on Thunderbird 115 on Arch Linux.
