I couldn't reproduce this one any more on nightly. :calin are you able to repro still, or can we close it?
If it can be reproduced it seems likely to be a viewport issue, so should be looked at by layout.

I was able to repro on Firefox release 130.0 but not on Nightly.
(Even on release where I can repro, I can still scroll the page to see the whole textfield, while the keyboard is up; so it's a minor annoyance that you might have to do that, but doesn't fully break the site).
This is similar to bug 1911803 (though less severe because scrolling is possible here).
Bug 1884807 changed how the viewport is defined here, such that the "Next" button will no longer slide up and stick to the keyboard. (And bug 1916002 will let that ride to release). So let's keep this in the "stuff that we can close after we fix bug 1911803" category.
