Hello!
I was not able to reproduce the issue using the latest Nightly build (118.0a1) from 16th of August 2023. Tested with 3 devices:
Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13)
Motorola Moto G9 plus (Android 11)
Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8)
We would need more information regarding the ticket:
What's the model of the device you were using when you encountered the issue?
Does the problem still occur in the latest Nightly?
Could you send us a video regarding the issue you've faced?
Thank you!

I was able to stretch the video to the notch area by changing the notch setting to always show for fenix app...strange with this setting enable, it should not use the notch area but here it is stretching the video to notch area( good for me) but looks weird why the behaviour is not correct
