1847428 - for newsgroups: "Manage Newsgroup Subscriptions" button is missing from account central, instead showing a "Read messages" which does nothing

Steps to reproduce:

Add a new newsgroup account in Thunderbird, after click on the account in the sidebar.

Actual results:

There is no button to manage newsgroup subscription, buttons like "read messages" ,which are for regular mail accounts, are shown instead.

Expected results:

Show "Manage Newsgroup Subscription" button like in older versions.

Tested with both 118.0a1 and 115.1.0, can be reproduced on both versions.
I track down this bug back to 102.4.2, which is the first version to have this kind of behaviour. Version 102.4.1 and earlier work fine.
The feature to manage newsgroup subscription is still in Thunderbird, can be invoked by "Subscribe()" in Developer Tools.

Where do you expect a button? I don't think anything changed here.
There is a "Subscribe... " item on the context menu of the newsgroup account, and you have File | Subscribe...

The "Read messages" button currently doesn't do anything, so I would expect showing this button might be a bug.
I expect the old "Manage newsgroup subscription" button to be in the place of the "Read messages" button, that is what the old behaviour is.
By the way, thank for the tip for where I could manage subscriptions.

Sorry I don't know which buttons you refer to. We don't have a "Read messages" button, and I don't think there ever was a button to manage either. Perhaps some add-on had added one previously?
A screenshot of the English UI could help.

In Thunderbird 91 there was a "Manage Newsgroups Subscription" button instead of the "Read Messages" (which I don't know what it should do for newsgroups).
