Steps to reproduce:
On the main window, I highlighted the email address for the account I want to check mail for. I pressed the Read Messages button and nothing happens. No mail is retrieved.
Actual results:
I pressed the Read Messages button in the main UI and nothing happens. No mail is retrieved. If I press the Cloud icon near the Top Left of the interface, mail is retrieved as normal. Also right-clicking the email address for the account and clicking Get Messages works to retrieve mail. It looks as if the Read Messages button is not working. This is a new behavior in Thunderbird version 115.3.1 (32-bit).
Expected results:
The Read Messages button near the top of the UI should retrieve new messages. However nothing happens when I click it.

This happened on two different computers in my home, 2 different users with different email accounts on separate laptops. 1 was on Windows 10 Pro, the other was Windows 10 Home.
