Verified fixed with Firefox 119.0a1 (2023-09-06) on Windows 10x64, macOS 12 and Ubuntu 20.04. The address_bar_icon_clicked ping with actions closed/ opened is successfully displayed in Glean after clicking the Fakespot Address bar icon to open and close the sidebar.
