How might we use storybook to display the full sidebar, including with error states?

This bug came from a suggestion from :abenson on Slack: "longer term, it might be nice to have an about:shopping (or similar) page that rendered the sidebar UI along with a list of links to simulate certain states/errors. (maybe)"

Another suggestion to consider: perhaps we should capture the actual JSON response as fixture data (either for rendering sample UI a la storybook or for testing) in case the expected results for ASINs change over time

Considering the number of strings used per component, it might be easier to work on this ticket if we tackle Bug 1851246 first.

Taking an initial stab at this.

And on second thought, Bug 1853037 could be worked on in parallel since it's a per-component basis and we don't necessarily have to change the existing shopping stories for this ticket.
