Steps to reproduce:

The contents of taskcluster/docker/tb-flatpak/org.mozilla.Thunderbird.desktop is last updated in 9c490b8c5bb4dd1039f87bada9474c3d2cce2ba0 (2023-04-11). However, its corresponding jinja2 template has been updated to fix bugs like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1843045 (2023-07-13). The contents of org.mozilla.Thunderbird.desktop is out-of-date.

This affects some Linux distros packaging Thunderbird, like Arch Linux (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/79590).

Actual results:

Changes in jinja2 template "org.mozilla.Thunderbird.desktop.jinja2", like "StartupWMClass=", are not in "org.mozilla.Thunderbird.desktop".

Expected results:

The file "org.mozilla.Thunderbird.desktop" is updated to latest version of jinja2 template, or removed.

@taoky99 we've made a lot of changes since this bug was opened. There's no longer a jinja2 file. Are there still issues?
