Bug 1852285 landed with fixes related to the More to Consider card. I'm also seeing the card rendered with Nightly 119.0a1 (2023-09-12) with the prefs enabled. When you have time, could you verify if it works from your end?

Hello! I verified that the More to consider card is successfully displayed on Windows 10x64, macOS 12 and Ubuntu 22 with Firefox 119.0a1 (2023-09-12) with the prefs from comment 0 enabled. Thank you!
