The upstream bug added additional configuration called hardened-sign-config which we now need to provide for mac OS signing. This currently breaks our decision task.

That patch is almost certainly not correct nor something we should use long term. The intent was to get the decision task working again so we can at least have windows and linux builds if those aren't broken for other reasons.

We should probably try to follow all the things the m-c patch did.
