The panel-footer buttons should be aligned with the end of the container. This is due to removing the .panel-footer:not(moz-button-group) selector and rules in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D183232.

This should probably be fixed at the same time as Bug 1854420

This was fixed by a backout (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/80cfc74bb77e6c4abfd0d70c51b274e4b036a05b) so I'm pretty sure we can downgrade this. This will end up (hopefully) being a dupe of 1854420 or fixed at the same time as that bug.
