1854839 - Quick filter buttons 'filter by' do not adapt to the width of the Message list with cards view in non Uen-US locale

STR :

1. Use the FR-fr TB locale
2. Turn on card view (if you used table view)
3. Enter a text in the QFB search field

Actuals:

• FR-fr : the last button 'Corps du message'='Body' and overtakes the message zone while being wider than the message list vertical column
• EN-US : the text is shorter, so no problem

Expected:

• The button should stay in the message list column.
• The best solution seems : switch to an icon only style (like does table view in Classic layout view with the QFB buttons Unread/Starred/ Contact/...)
  Others solutions could be :

1. switch to Two lines ? (not so good visually & functionally, as the user do not have control on these buttons label/label+icon/icon)
2. adjust the min with of the message list

We're in the process of rebuilding the quick filter bar from scratch to solve a lot of UI and UX issues, so we shouldn't invest resources on this as the new QFB should land next month.
I'm gonna tentatively mark this as WONTFIX since the easy solution is for the user to resize the list pane to make those buttons fit.
If we get more duplicate for 115 we can consider a temporary fix.
