1855951 - The shopping CFRs is not pointing to the shopping icon when turning in landscape mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure it is a clean profile.
2. Go to a product detailed page from amazon.com, bestbuy.com, or walmart.com.
3. When the first CFR is displayed, rotate the tablet in landscape mode.
4. Rotate back to portrait.
5. Repeat steps 3, and 4, and observe if the CFR is pointing to the shopping icon (double price tags).

Expected behavior

The CFR is pointing to the shopping icon (double price tags) no matter which orientation the device has.

Actual behavior

The CFR is NOT pointing to the shopping icon (double price tags) when in landscape mode.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 120.0a1 from 9/29
• Android device: Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra (Android 12), Oppo Find N2 Flip (Android 13)

Any additional information?

• Reproducible with the second CFR.

This bug affects all CFRs in landscape mode, such as bug 1816130 and bug 1826740.

This bug would be nice to fix for Fakespot. Can we fix all the landscape CFR bugs with one fix? Or would each CFR need to be fixed separately?

Would this fix require Compose bug 1855942? CFR bug 1826740 depends on bug 1855942.

This should be moved to the General component.

This needs further investigation but one fix should resolve all landscape CFR issues.

Adding @vdreghici to CC as he has more context on the recent CFR updates.

Reproducible also on Beta 120.0b7 with Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra (Android 12).
