User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/118.0

Steps to reproduce:

Flatpak release of Thunderbird currently uses older, but still maintained runtime 22.08. It should be upgraded to 23.08.

We are outpacing Firefox ESR by updating our Thunderbird 115 Freedesktop SDK before them. Firefox ESR is still on 22.08 as of today. This shouldn't(?) be an issue theoretically, but it is worth noting, as we may find new issues with 23.08 that Firefox won't catch first.

We might wait until this has been on beta a little bit before uplifting to ESR.

To my knowledge Firefox ESR flatpak doesn't exist (at least not from Mozilla) . It's truth that Firefox will start using 23.08 only since version 122 which isn't even in beta yet so it's ok to postpone TB 115 changes for about 1 month until FF 122 hits stable.

To clarify - SDK 22.08 is still supported until 08/24, it's just not the most recent one
