Details

Create an XPCOM component which uses the EWS protocol work and the new structured message interface to provide folder hierarchy, message headers, and full messages to the front end for display.

Completion criteria are that it is possible to create an account, fetch the full folder hierarchy and corresponding message lists from EWS, and fetch and display a message from EWS.
