After bug 1860385 the menulist dropmarker is no more vertically centred.
In the FX prefs it's not as bad as in TB.

Nah, bug 1860766 + the follow-up I landed in bug 1860757 is probably enough. If you want the 16px icons you can still override the dropmarker arrow.
