Steps to reproduce:
click on a mail folder
type cntl-a
Actual results:
in the previous version all the folders would be selected
in 115.3.1 all the messaged of the selected folder are selected
Expected results:
all the folders should have been selected for use with ImportExportTools NG
This version came in via an update in centos stream 9

I use this feature on a regular basis to export all my folders/messages into html and/or txt files using ImportExportTools NG.
I also agree with all the reasons to fix it given in the closed bug.
