User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/118.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Using previous versions of Thunderbird on macOS Big Sur v.11.7.1, typing "shift command 1" displayed the Thunderbird main window, when Thunderbird was running.

Typing "shift command 1" no longer displays the Thunderbird main window, when Thunderbird is running.

Actual results:

Typing "shift command 1" no longer displays the Thunderbird main window, when Thunderbird is running.

Expected results:

Typing "shift command 1" should display the Thunderbird main window, when Thunderbird is running.

shift command 1 is not listed as a valid key combination at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-thunderbird "Mail & Newsgroups Home Tab"

But command 1 does work. So I don't think there is a bug. If it previously worked, it was not standard behavior.

Wayne,

Thank you very much for your timely response. You are correct, it was "command 1" on macOS that used to display the main Thunderbird email window (the Inbox).

Unfortunately, "command 1" on macOS no longer causes the Thunderbird email main window to be displayed.
