"open in app" button is still working, so it's not a blocker for the release.

Actually, I was wrong, if Fenix is set as default PDF reader, "Open in app" will just open a new tab in Firefox without asking anything, so we do have to drop the button or make it work in another way.

Verified on the latest Fenix Nightly 122.0a1 from 12/6 with the following devices:

• Sony Xperia Z5 Premium (Android 7.1.1),
• Google Pixel 6 (Android 14), and
• Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra (Android 12).

Firefox for Android can be set as the default PDF reader.
The user cand download any PDF, and when the "Open" button is tapped on, the PDF is opened in a new tab.
When the "Open in app" option situated at the top is tapped on:

• opens the PDF in a new tab, if Fenix is set as the default PDF reader, or
• asks the user to select a PDF reader app if none of the apps are set as default.
