The src sizes seems to 241M and 13M respectively at the moment.
For beta it was 253M and 13M, so probably need to work out why it's shrunk so much.

Updated patch with review comments addressed. r+ carried over

For the size issue seems the updated nss removed some bigger binary files. For l10n size leftover mobile strings are gone since the beta.

Bump the Enigmail version, which, as reported in the USENET group [1], is now 3.1.7 (released 2023-11-12).
Also add missing spaces that frg mentioned on IRC.
