Details
content-feed-admin, content-feed-frontend, content-feed-server were created to support Firefox Reality, which was EOL'd Feb 3, 2023. They have no traffic and are on the unsupported Heroku-18 stack. Let's shut it down.

This also covered removing the actual apps content-feed-frontend-prod, content-feed-server-production, content-feed-admin-prod, fxr-feed-staging, in addition to the pipelines.
The domains webxr.today and www.webxr.today used to point to these, but DNS was changed to point at SUMO some time ago so there's nothing to do there
